WE ASK FOR A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE TO EITHER CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

50% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR GIVEN CARD IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN.

100% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR GIVEN CARD FOR CANCELLING ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT OR NOT SHOWING UP.

HAIR AT NO.2 WORKS ON A BACK TO BACK SCHEDULE - PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF

TIME TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. MORE THAN 10-15 MINUTES OF

LATENESS WILL RESULT IN A CUT DOWN APPOINTMENT WITH 100%

CHARGE OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE BOOKED. IF YOU’RE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND TREATED AS NO SHOW, WITH A 100% SERVICE CHARGE.

COLOUR/TONERS THE SAME AS YOUR NATURAL HAIR WOULD. THEY CANNOT BE LIGHTENED.
